These values report the packet drop percentage. The value is calculated by: (peer's total tx_pkts - local's total rx_pkts) / peer's total tx_pkts and will be slightly inaccurate due to reporting delays and packets-in-flight. These values are calculated over the entire life of the test. Over time, the values will become more accurate as the possible errors become a smaller percentage of the totals.

These values are calculated by tracking the number of packets in each latency band. A darker line indicates more latency packets for that time frame. The length of the line indicates the possible range for the packet latencies of that sample. For SIP VOIP calls, this latency is one-way latency reported by the RTCP protocol, which samples every 5 seconds or so. Another graph will be generated below for VOIP jitter that is more accurate in most cases.

These values are calculated by tracking the total number of dropped packets reported by each endpoint over the last 3 seconds. The drops are based on packet sequence-number gaps, which may show incorrect values if you have bad reordering in your network (report will show false positives) or if you have total path loss (report will show no drops when there should be many.) A single UDP PDU may be segmented into multiple ethernet frames, so these dropped PDU counters may not directly coorespond to dropped ethernet frames. TCP protocols never drop PDUs, since the protocol retransmits, but ethernet frames may still have been lost.
